OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
1. No purchase necessary. All Entrant needs to do is complete the HomeFinder form. Only one entry permitted per household. Odds of winning will be determined by number of entries.
2. The winner will receive a $10,000.00 United States Savings Bond. Completed entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2005. A random drawing for the winner will be held on April 1, 2005 from all entries received. The winner will be contacted 15 days after the drawing by U.S. Mail or e-mail and sent the savings bond.
3. All entries become the property of American Home Guides, Inc. and may be used for market research. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and agree to the publication and/or broadcast of their name and likeness without additional compensation.
4. All income taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
5. By accepting the prize, the winner releases American Home Guides, Inc. and the participating builders/developers, their respective advertising and promotional agencies and their officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability with respect to the prize or any actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating, and/or travelling to any prize or contest related activity and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, guaranty, express or implied relative to the prize.
6. The winner may not transfer, assign or substitute the prize upon receipt.
7. In the event of a dispute or disqualification, the decision of American Home Guides, Inc. shall be deemed final, conclusive and not subject to review.
8. Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the U.S. over 21 years of age. Employees of American Home Guides, Inc. and the participating developers, builders and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, advertising promotional organizations, and their families are not eligible. No groups, clubs or organization may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute entry forms to members.
9. This Sweepstakes is subject to and complies with all State and Federal Laws and Regulations. The winner's name will be disclosed as required by law.
